I won 2 giveaways (recived both keys and activated one), cant reroll, because gifter doesnt answer and opened a support ticket.
After 3 weeks, there is still no answer? :D
Do they only have 1 guy working as support?

Patience, young padawan (okay it's silly for me to call you young based our our account ages but hey, it sounded good). As far as I know, all the support dudes are volunteers, so they may not have time to get to stuff on occasion.

+1 - Me and the first winner of the giveaway agreeing to make a reroll in the comment section of the giveaway seemed to be helpful. (Your gifter might just need a day or two more to check back on his givs)

I have 10 closed support tickets within last 3 months since I joined and all were resolved rather quickly. perhaps they just like cats.

I'm guessing your ticket is a User Report. Back then only cg could access user reports for whatever reason. Then when sgv2 was launched, he suddenly gave moderators access to that queue - so it was already filled with 34k+ tickets as soon as sgv2 was launched last year. That's why you can expect anything over 1 year old to be pretty much dead in that category.

That's pretty extreme, to randomly pop in and say I'm lying about my personal experiences. :/

In any case, looks like I've had 15 resolved, 19 not, with some unresolved reports dating back as far as over 8 months back.

Seems to me that they hit the other categories first, then they do what they can from user reports, but if they don't have time to get to some reports, they move up to newer ones rather than continue on in chronological order of submission.

If you won 2 giveaways for the same game, you should contact one of the gifters and ask them to re-roll. When they send a support ticket and requests a re-roll it will be prioritized for support.

Support for what? If you didn't receive the game, mark it as such and move along. Support won't be able to force the GA creator to give you the games, and they will just lose one slot for giveaways after each non-delivered game.

you could try deleting your ticket and submitting a new ticket in a more prioritised category, like request new winner or add new game, because they flat out don't read a lot of other ticket types.

Most typical response delay in my experience is 3 hours.
Overall, it seems to most often range from 30 minutes to 3 days, but more typically between 3 hours and 2 days, and tends to favor the lower end of that.

Of course, that's Request New Winner, Add Game to List, Delete Giveaway, and Other tickets [and Change Giveaway Game, from what I've seen from others].
User Reports and Feedback change requests seem to be outright ignored. :X

There's some occasional lengthy delays, but I'm under the expectation that those are in the minority..

For volunteers, they're doing a pretty fantastic job of offering more reliable support response time than many paid support staffs. :X

"Request Received Feedback" is one of the categories with the highest priority. There's currently 5 pending tickets in that category, the oldest one is 14 hours old.

Hm, you're right, I accidentally put my request in the User Report category, back when I made it.

So, for a Change Trade Feedback query, would that be the appropriate ticket category to use? =O

Ah, you meant trade feedback, I didn't realize. That category is for giveaway feedback.
The problem with trade feedback is that currently only the super mod is able to delete them. I'd suggest the "Other" category for these requests rather than user reports, but we need to forward these to Lina so it can still take a while.

Only the giveaway creator can request a new winner for his giveaway. We are unable to force a reroll. Leave an appropriate comment on the giveaway and move on. Do not mark both giveaways as "Received".

You sure? Because I asked support for a reroll because the GA creator didn't respond to my messages, so the support guy rerolled it without any problems.

That giveaway was deleted, not rerolled, most likely because the gifter already had a pending deletion ticket for it, and we only needed your approval to proceed with deletion.

Huh. I didn't even take a look at the GA page after the ticket was resolved, I just thought that is was normally rerolled after the key disappeared from my Won page. Also, the Support's response didn't indicate anything else but a reroll.

2 wins from featured GAs... As far as I know, they don't request re-rolls.
And supports are not dead. Of course we need to wait long time in some cases, though requesting new winner is quicker than others.

As with most loosely-controlled helpdesks (corporate or volunteer), easy tickets are done quick, hard ones get left in a game of support-chicken to see who picks it up first.

Your one's not easy so it's going to ferment a while. Sorry.
