Yeah, it is. I've played the PS2 version, and it was let down by regular loading screens. Decided to look it up and see if there was a PC version, as that might not suffer from the same problems. There is.

This isn't a real post. But I just spent the last hour or two trying to remember the name of this game, even though I'd never even gotten a chance to play it (I always wanted to). So now if anyone's ever trying to remember it for some reason, they might find it on SteamGifts!

Sadly, it doesn't sound like it's likely to run on Windows 7/8, which is a shame, since after finally finding it and watching videos of it, I still really want to play it.
