IS hard know the prices of phones in your county. And sometimes, Phone companys, give u better prices than free stores. People say that Sony Ericson Xperia (U, Z, E, J, T...) are good phones.

is there a certain manufacturer you prefer? also which OS? and what things would you like in a phone?

Nexus 4, $300-350 from the Google Play store, unlocked, the specs of a S3. Only problem is that it's sold out. Great phone though.
