Second Hand Samsung Galaxy S Plus. I have this and if you use a custom ROM or even CM9 its awesome.

for durability go for the casio commando, shits near indestructable. swam with it threw it tried scratching it buried it in sand at the beach, froze it, work with it in the cold year round. the only thing that happened is some of the paint wore off.
