Well technically you have to now buy and give him the correct game.

Talk to him. Maybe he will be Ok with it. Although he might demand the key for AM too.

Give him the American Nightmare key and hope he gives you a Collector's Edition key. Really only way for neither of you to get in trouble

Interesting. I guess you have to send him the correct key too and write off the other one as an extra gift. Then buy a new bundle or trade for a new Alana Wake CE key and send it to the other winner.

Edit: Responding to your edit, there was nothing else to do but send the correct key. Like I said, write it off as an unlucky loss, be happy that you've made someone else very happy and move on.

The solution is simple - provide him with the correct key and take the loss. Your unlucky day, his lucky day. If you don't have one, you'll have to pick up another.

Give him the American Nightmare key and just live with that. You make a mistake, but it's not a big deal. Just pay more attention on what you are doing. :)

don't send them anything before contacting support. explain the situation, then contact both kids and offer them a nice cup of shut the hell up. if they receive it well, you're in luck. otherwise, well, you'll just have to cross that bridge if and when you get there.

If you cant give him/her the correct game, you will have to deal with a 'Not received' in your profile...
