group announcement pop ups not showing up?

Perhaps there is no need to display the notification as you're the one creating the announcement?

I sometimes get that problem (seems to be random, as it does work at times), but others were seeing it. Check in with a couple of people and ask if thy saw it themselves. If they haven't, then you have a problem.

There is a thread alredy, with link to steam forum. It happens to a lot of groups, as mine. You are not alone ... in the dark.
