They gave that key FOR YOU not for you to give it away. Anyway, why would you give something away that ANY PERSON CAN ASK FOR AND GET FOR FREE THEMSELVES.

As I have commented in the 'giveaways' people are posting for these, as the OP stated, ANYONE can get one of these. You just need to email the developer and ask. That's it.

Also, it's not a game, not even a beta. It's a very rough alpha. There are two screens, characters are not animated. You really cannot do much. It's a very, very early preview to give an idea of the look of the upcoming game. It's not a game itself. People should not be allowed to post these as giveaways.
