I have problem with receiving the game that i win

I win a game but the email where the game was sent i cant log in because it is stolen from me ! I change my email but i missclick and click on yes buton in Receive gift in view won ?! What i need to do ?

You can change the email address on record and try to contact the giveaway's creator over Steam to inform the person of your change of address.
