Oh, a mod. Shame. I lack the PC games. I own all but VCS on PS2, my copy of that was stolen and still hasn't been replaced.

They may or may not consider porting VCS and LCS to other platforms once they are done with GTA V. All that they have said is that they currently have no plans, nor time, to consider it whilst they are working on GTA V. In that itself, there is a possibility that they might consider it afterwards, which is better than nothing. And considering how well the PC platform is going these days, mostly due to Steam, mind you, it would hardly surprise me if they released the two games on Steam at some point in the future.
