Steam family sharing and steamgifts

So, is okay to enter raffles of games that you have in your account due to family sharing? Or is there some rule against that? The site allows you to enter and doesn't pick up shared games in your games list. The only reason I would enter is to have my own copy so that I would not be restricted when the another account is in use.

There are no rules against that, as you do not own it.

I'd certainly hope there wouldn't be a conflict. Some people will want to own games they only otherwise borrowed. I wouldn't mind any such person winning my giveaways.
