Morrowind basically requires exploitation unless you want to play an extremely unbalanced rpg
so good luck

oh, so you're asking about increaseing skills
enchanting is magic, so it's tied to intelligence(and then a presumably random other skill to make it harder to raise quickly), so increase that at level up to increase your overall intelligence-based skills, I think in Morrowind you also have to use skill to raise them, aka do a lot of enchanting to get points in enchanting skill

well it's a badly designed video game but it's a good game, if that makes sense. it's not very approachable as a video game, like its hit rate and stamina system is pretty bad, I can't play divinity series because of the stamina system where running reduces stamina

well I like jrpgs but the original fallouts are really good, and baldurs gate/icewind dale/ planescape torment games are really good, I'd have to check sorry can't think of many right now

I think it's easier to just search for an enchanting guide but if I remember correctly you have to use your skills and level them up in order to increase your success rate. Basically you'd have to train on easier stuff to be able to do the harder reliably.

Just enchant more often, also you can improve your knowledge in needed school of magic by enchanted items or potions. And then you level up after sleep you can increase intellligence and luck. to increase intelligense on 5 points at level up you need to increase beforee sleep some of your abilities whic tied with intelligence, which of them for INT i don't remember, but for strenght - acrobatics and long sword(i think) you may see which tied in character menu.

Via uesp, "An Intelligence fortified to 4900 or an Enchant skill fortified to 1225 will be enough to guarantee the success of any enchantment."
That's true as long as you don't have any mods that include creatures with souls more powerful than the most powerful souls (Almalexia: 1500, Vivec: 1000, and Golden saints/Ascended Sleepers/Dahrk Mezalf: 400) or include soul containers more powerful than the most powerful soul containers (Azura's Star:15000 and Grand soul gems: 600). The greater the soul, then the greater the potential enchantment. The greater the enchantment, the higher the cost.
It takes a bit of work and time to get those stats that high, and a lot more work and time to keep them there.
How I've done it ingame:
Note that I have a mod (I don't remember which) that lets my created spells have the same effect up to 8 times, each up to 500 in magnitude.
Make sure you have a good amount of powerful restore magicka potions.
Start out with spellmaking. Make lots of short-lasting (4+ seconds), but progressively more powerful fortify intelligence spells (Higher level spells will require higher levels of restoration or willpower to be successful). Since you have the DLCs, try to get some fortify skill spells and make similarly short-but-powerful fortify alchemy (And fortify restoration) spells. Try to have some higher end spells that fortify intelligence and enchanting as much as possible.
When your intelligence and enchanting are high as you can get, move on to alchemy. Make restore magicka and fortify intelligence potions (maybe some fortify willpower potions to make sure you can constantly cast, and cast successfully.)
Use those to cast spells that fortify your intelligence and alchemy even more.
Switch back to alchemy and make some more powerful fortify potions.
Continue the loop. Finish off with spells that fortify enchanting, rather than alchemy.
If you continue the loop rather than finish it, your fortify intelligence potions should be very powerful and last a very long time (which has other cool benefits). If you do this long enough, then with just one potion, you might never have to worry about enchanting success ever again.

Never tried enchanting myself, but did create an invisibility ring. It worked on everything except the main bosses for main quest line. Had a few unfortunate quirks. If you attacked something whilst wearing the ring and did not kill them straight away your target would just take off. That can mess you up if you need to assassinate that npc for a quest...they are really speedy and zigzag when running away. Pretty hard to get them after that, lol. Also when entering through a door, the ring would come off...you had to put one finger on the sneak button, open door, open inventory to place invisibility ring back on finger, then you were good to go.
Spent ages grinding to get main skills up to 100..sneak especially. Am not fast but can stealth and backstab really well, plus liked archery for the long distance kills.

So I recently bought Morrowind GOTY on steam for the dlc.
I have been playing it for a while and noticed that if we enchant ourselves without exploiting the games mechanics
enchanting an item will almost always fail.
I would like to know how to permanantly get 100% success rates at self enchanting forever.
If thats not possible what is the cheat. ( I hate giving 1500 gold for 2-5 absorb health on strike)
Also have a gib -
