Change Trigger/Bumper Buttons on PS3 Controller on PC?

i pefer in some games to have those buttons exchanged, so trigger buttons = bumpers and vice versa. is there a way somehow?
im just playing assassins creed 1 and i want the sprint etc. option on the bumpers not the triggers.... im using xinput and/or motionjoy.

if there is a way to change that, it would be in the game options, i dont think there is a way to change it int he controller options on the ps3
