The HB version of Runner3 activated this package: https://steamdb.info/sub/120617/apps/ which comes with 2 Soundtrack DLCs. (and DRM-Free copy for your HB library.)

Looks like you got lucky. Just bought from Humble, got only the base game.
Scratch that. Those aren't actually DLCs anymore but standalone OSTs now so they didn't (and don't) show up on my DLC list -- and while I did check from the store page too, Steam's usual delay in showing DLCs/OSTs as owned after buying meant they showed up as unowned there too.
Now they show up though :) Thanks all for making me double-check!

Actually, scratch that. Under the new system, those soundtracks are no longer DLCs, but standalone soundtracks --- thus they do not show up under my DLCs.
And because Steam servers are often delayed in showing DLCs/Soundtrracks as owned, when I checked after activating, both soundtracks still showed as unowned for me on the store page.
But I checked again just now from the store page and there they indeed are. Thanks Aristofop for making me double-check!

Oddly enough they were marked as owned for me instantly. Maybe it's on account of using Enhanced Augmented Steam.
The new "system" with soundtracks is causing me a little confused though. I saw The Witcher III soundtracks turned up as not owned for me and I can't really figure out what's the deal with those.
Not that it's a very big deal for me personally since I have them on GOG but still...

They were re-released as part of the new soundtrack system on Steam, and even though they were originally included with the base game, we don't own those new standalone ones and would have to rebuy. (Apparently they're still included with the base game too though -- I can't verify atm, I have my GOG version installed and not the Steam one)

I need to do some research on the new features, if any. The way Steam handles soundtracks has always seemed like a missed opportunity to me. Then again I am likely in the minority caring at all about soundtracks.

Depends on if you like staged runners with obstacles and a decent difficulty. The fact that you are running and jumping only might get a little old for some people after a while. Have you played any of the first two games? BIT.Trip Runner or Runner2?

Stay Inside Bundle is actually a pretty insane deal! If you own none of it, it's a pretty good way to get Isaac and expansions for cheap...as well as get a ton of other cool stuff out of it. Big nice!

I loved this game! I think I paid for full price on it (something I rarely do) and have absolutely no regrets. I didn't spend as much time with it as I usually do with AC, but I might've just been distracted. I know I def still had more i wanted to do with it.

The developer and/or publisher pulled the discount as soon as more than a handful of people bought it, before it was scheduled to return to normal price. They did similar fuckery with it on itch.io.

There's your problem right fucking there... ASSUMING it did, so no fuckery.
It lasted less than 24 hours. The plug was pulled on Steam, the promotion transferred to Itch.io where it was free for less than 12 hours, then on sale for a few hours, then back to full price, all in less time than 48 total hours.
I didn't livestream their fuckery, so believe me or not. Not the first time that developer has done shady, greedy shit.

It would seem to me that Felldrizzle has been keeping an eye on this. Why would you just dismiss it like it was lies without actually looking into this yourself?
I can agree that getting riled up over missing an opportunity to get a game for free seems a little over the top but then again this particular developer is notorious for pulling crap so I imagine it's more the history than the missed opportunity.
