I may be the only person, but I don't feel HB handled the "stamps thing" very well during this sale. The only "freebie" I have any interest in seems to require payment to get it, and I may as well wait for it to be bundled. Oh, well...

hmm. I got 5 free games so far. 2 already owned. and I hope to get Slay.one too but its not the end of the world if I dont get it. and you cant blame them that they want you to spend money on their shop. they run a business. GOG does that all the time to get their "freebies" /bonus games and always getting some sort of praise. if you dont want to spend money to get stamps fast, fine, but here people are complaining HB/IGN is a joke, not like they said "while supply lasts or so" early customers got keys, daily leechers need luck. seems fair to me. some users just seems pretty ungrateful

So, first no keys for Meadow, then removing Tiny Bang Story and now, I got Glass Masquerade but they don't have keys and give us a deadline on redemption. I feel like I'm gonna miss these 3 games becaue of this.

its a deadline for viewing/revealing the keys online, like all their giveaways for the last years. when you are able to do copy and paste and have a .txt file its still a safe key after the date

This is the worst giveaway conducted by HB.
They got invaded by bots account that are stealing all keys for the grey market.
Why can't they put in a system like Alienware arena and reserve their giveaways to ACTUAL customers, those who bought a second tier bundle, something from the store, or are subscribers to the monthly.
Easy to set, and efficient to limit the pillage by bots.
Also, fuck HB for misguiding us with their words : CLAIMING a key, one should be already attributed to the account to be revealed later, not on the REDEEM button.
Ive done the steps but i can't get the keys from round 2 and 3 because of that shitty vocabulary and bad site design.
Again, take example on Alienware and show a remaining keys counter. Once exhausted, can't do the process further.
They may have been the top bundle site, they have a lot to learn to improve now they are getting behind.

No offense, but alienwarearena is one of the worst examples you could give. It's full of bugs and filled with bot accounts and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
On HB, make sure to always reveal your keys and save them elsewhere for later use and everything should be fine.

Alienware is full of bots, I know people with 5-20 level 10+ accounts (they got them with well known abusing script - but alienware support did nothing).
And when giveaway starts their servers die xD

Keys are not given to the account upon purchase, it just doesn't work that way and hasn't ever before to my knowledge. You purchase a slot and when you click on the slot it generates a key from the key lot for the specific game or a giftlink, which ever you pick.
While keys maybe exhausted for one game right now the key lot will be replenished as soon as Onyx Lute has been contacted. There's a good chance it might not be till tomorrow since it is a weekend.

I knew I should have claimed my Glass Masquerade yesterday when I unlocked it. Now I have to wait for new keys and who know how long that will take.
And I actually WANT to try it out too. Not like that Slay.One that's todays reward. But I also want to try that last one too so I have to claim it.
Maybe someone I know will want it. Maybe I'll make it into a game here.
Or maybe I'll be a REAL sadist and reveal the key one letter/number at a time in random topics. Muaaahahahahahahahhahaaaaa.....
