GMG had it for $1.24 after coupon a few months back. That's the lowest I've seen it go for.

That being said, I bought 2 copies for 3.74 and 8 more for .99 which I raffled away on my YouTube prior to joining steamgifts.
P.S.: It is an amazing game tho and I'd pay $15 for it too (I even bought the OST for $5)
