Script can be found here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/178801
As a linux steamgifts user, I was annoyed by the need to check every game posted for linux support.
This script, based on ideas from the script found here ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/120905 ), is a complete rewrite that will automatically remove games not interesting to linux users, as well as some other neat tricks that generally improve the steamgifts experience.
I wrote this for myself – so there’s no configuration or anything like that, and it’s based heavily on my own preferences. Feel free to mod/improve/etc – and let me know if you make improvements and I’ll add them if I like them. :–)
The list of linux-supported games is cached in HTML5 local storage, so it doesn’t spam the steam servers. This also means that if a game later receives linux support, it’s still not listed. I’ll probably update with a button to reset the cached list, later. Until then a simple localStorage.clear() in the debug console will do the trick.
