It was a bug when changing the end date so it went first come first served instead. Most of the keys from this GA and the Black Desert GA was grabbed by new users and alt accounts. None of the users that was supposed to get it got it, including myself.. Big fu*k up by the mods.

From one of the Alienware admins:
It looks like there is a bug when the distribution date is changed that the Alienware Arena developers will have to look into and fix. For these two recent giveaways, both had their distribution date changed within the last week and it appears one of three things may have happened:
- Keys were distributed to only those that entered between the old and new end date and then became a first-come, first-serve process.
- The keys didn't distribute at all and became a first-come, first-serve process.
- Something else entirely.
Based on another thread it looks like #2 is unlikely based on the OP/replies. Currently, this bug is only seen when the distribution date is changed, so we will ensure that does not occur in any upcoming giveaways using this system, but we'll also work to resolve it entirely.
We believe in this type of giveaway system because we want to ensure our most active members are rewarded, so we'll continue to reiterate and improve it based on threads just like these.

Checked about 3 hours ago, nothing, checked now and it is gone... not sure why they started doing this, not the first time they have people cue for a week or two in advance and then drop them all to first come first serve.
