This UI is for partners only, Humble Bundle Partners, I think it's a bug. because i am a Humble Partners and i didn't get 25$. also it's not logical to get 25$ for each 12$ you sell, there's no profit for HB.

I think it's for annual subscriptions, i've contacted Humble's marketing manager for this bug or really good offer. I checked my eyes many times too after i saw your post.

Okey i got an answer, as i thought it was a bug and they will update the dashboard. if you sell annual plan you will get 25$ just as we thought. Good luck in selling!

It's for new or renewed annual subscriptions. Here's the fine text:

That's a different one. This one was 2 weeks ago for Humble Partners to get people referred to Humble Monthly. Now that their particular deal is over (it lasted only till Sept. 21) they made that one for subscribers themselves.
