Why is it that you need to know right away? As long as you can buy it in time (and normally they are out for a week or so, aren´t they?) it should be fine or not?
Also i don´t think there is a page/community like that (Can´t tell 100% for sure ofc, but people have a life and so i guess there will always be a little delay)
Maybe every single one of these bundle pages has twitter and facebook. Don´t know, but you could try out and subscribe to all of them. They post stuff even before the bundle is released (a few hours before or so).

Personally I've joined the steam groups of the big ones like Bundlestars, Indiegala and Humble Bundle and they announce when a new bundle is out so even if you miss it at the time you still find it in your activity feed. For the smaller sites like DIG, LazyGuys, Flying Bundle etc I just find them though isthereanydeal

Exactly my thought when I saw all the System Shock 2 giveaways.
Then I checked mydeals.de and saw it.

Boring serious answer - Either there's a thread about it right here on SG - http://www.steamgifts.com/discussions/deals or my Steam notification feed lights up. I'm in a group called Group Buys where people often split the cost of buying bundles if they only want some of the games. I don't particularly do that but I am subscribed to their main discussion board and there's always new threads started with people looking to split when a new bundle comes out so I get to hear about them that way.
