Check your spam folder. If still nothing- ask the giveaway creator on steam. Oh, and don't post it here. :P

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. It happened to me once, too. Others here have indicated some options like checking your e-mail including spam/junk folders and trying to add the giveaway creator as a friend on Steam so you can ask about the game. If it's been a week and you don't get the game or any response from the creator, I think all you can do is mark it as not received, report the giveaway, and write to Support here about the situation. It won't get you the game, but it will alert the support staff about a potential problem. I hope this is of some help.

Anti-calling-out police in action :F Aren't these guys doing the same? I can understand, that one can advice the author, why he shouldn't post to sb profile, but why always at least couple users must do the same?
