Oh, I am so bad at puzzles.... I thought I know most things about them and yet I still can't find a solution :( Are there any hints or will there be any?

Thanks. I have done that but never thought it would be another itstoohard puzzle plus I didn't know I'd need to look for "reserved" word. Well, I'm terrible at solving puzzles, I always forget I shouldn't even try them :(

Firefox is worse and worse every day. Even my dad who used to use it every day started using... IE. And I must admit that IE works much better than Firefox.
Personally I use Chrome and I'm satisfied.

Ok, I've been distracted which means I got there by using a browser that 'does good.' It sounds like that's all I needed but I'm missing something or over complicating things. Is this designed to be easy or hard?

It's designed to be easy. Not as easy as the granted-trollish title imply, but easy nonetheless. If you read Zelgh's guide linked above it should be pretty straightforward.

Thanks, I had already been through Zelgh's guide once I saw that you had linked to it yesterday. Just ran through it again. I guess I must be thick because it hasn't gotten through this skull even after all that time spent. I've tried almost every section there except reverse sound search.

Since that was posted in 2012 I don't think that has any relation to the solution and probably just a lucky distraction. Somebody please tell me if I am wrong.
