I thought you weren't posting DIG bundles anymore... Oh wait, nevermind.

This bundle is filled with absolute garbage not a single game on that list has anything redeeming abou...... ummm..... wait....
THAT BADGE!
The Adventurer - Episode 1: Beginning of the End is a horrible game. Yet, I am a collector fun, crazy, hot, interesting or unique card, badges, emoji and wallpapers. This one has a very interesting 5th stage badge. Completely offensive to the wrong person, but god. I want it.

So now the question would be. Do I buy the bundle and giveaway the rest of the games? Or do I just buy/trade for $1.30 worth of cards?

Well, buying the bundle for that one game means you get only 3 cards. You'd have to pay $1.15 on top of the bundle price anyway to get to lvl 5 badge.
Thus buying all the cards and crafting the badge you want without buying the bundle is much cheaper.
However, I'd advise waiting for the Happy Hour before buying the cards, in the hopes that their prices will go a bit lower after people / bots start carding it. I can't estimate how many people will actually even buy this bundle - by the looks of it there aren't many interested, on the other hand half of the games drop cards, so there's some "money back" incentive too. Perhaps set some lower buy orders now and check again in ~3 weeks.
Whether it's worth paying for the full bundle or not in order to giveaway the remaining games is not something I can advise on, it's just a personal matter on how you spend your giveaway funds. But considering that these games aren't particularly stellar, I guess some games from today's Fanatical bundle for example would probably make people happier.
The inflated prices of these games might as well place them to 0 CV instead of 15% CV, depending on what the mods decide.

Oh, my bad. That question was rhetorical. More of an inner monologue. ;D
Oh I know there will be a good number of people buying it. Specifically on Happy Hour. Those that resell or trade them. It's not worth it to me, but there will be people buying it. :D

How nice of ZemunBRE aka SA Industry aka Quicksave aka Useless Machines aka Softwaves to jack his price up for Hollow Steps from $4.99 to $34.99 in July just to give everyone that awesome sale's price of $3.49. What a swell "dev".

does anyone know when the 5$ dollar one will be up

sure, indiegala tends to have several bundles running at the same time, sometimes two less expensive one and at least one expensive one than cost at least 5$(sometomes it cost more)

Ah nope, I think you're confusing it with the Happy Hour price which is temporarily much higher than the usual prices because you get several additional bundles for free included with your purchase?

im talking about bundles that have similar prices to this one https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/yhpmB/indiegala-visual-choice-bundle
edit:Sorry for the confusion though

in hindsight i should have probably check how often indiegala have the type of bundle that i mention,my bad

I understand now.
Well, the general opinion is that in the past ~2 years or so, the quality of IndieGala bundles dropped considerably. These days they mostly bundle asset flips / trashy games that can often be bought also from on Russian retail stores for mere cents, pretty much like DIG does. And perhaps because of that, developers are more reluctant towards having any business agreements with IndieGala.
I think they're really struggling with getting the devs to agree to a contract, so the bundles you mention (which are of higher quality than the rest) are very rare. If I were to give a rough estimate, I'd say they happen 2-3 times per year (excluding Graffiti Games which seems to like bundling their games all over the place and quite often, but at higher prices than usual).
They did have a Paradox store sale recently, disguised as a bundle: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/5NfIV/indiegala-pdx-mini-legacy-bundle
