Can I create a giveaway with the 2nd copy of the game I won as a giveaway

I've been a member of SG for quite some time now but this is the first time I encountered something like this.

I won a copy of Space Farmers from a giveaway but when I redeemed the steam key I got 2 copies of it.

I added one to my library and asked my friends if they wanted the last copy but they humbly denied so I don't know what to do with it other than giving it away as a giveaway in SG.

But the confusing part is that the rules. The rules says that I can't giveaway the game I won, which in my case I did won the copy, but there are no rules regarding if I won multiple copies of the game and creating a giveaway for the remaining copies.
