So GMG has some deals from the horror genre. Not exactly great games but oh well...I just wonder why the theme they use for this is from the SAW series, yet the SAW game itself is not on sale. Or do I just not see it because of region restriction?

GMG, during checkout.
From what DeMichel says, it might not work if you didn't get the game through the Golden Joystick event, which would mean you'd also have gotten the mail with a promo code anyway.
