I can't create a giveaway for Blockstorm

Hello.

I have a key of Blockstorm http://store.steampowered.com/app/263060/ bought on GMG mouths ago before my credit expire.
I can't find the game on list of new giveaway. Why ? Maybe it was given for free on indiegale or something else ?

it was free, u cant create GAs for free games, thats all
