Guest Passes on SteamGifts, 0 Point Idea

So I was in chat the other day with a group and all I saw were people trying to trade off or sell guest passes. This made me come up with some ideas on how they can be distributed for those who want to honestly give them out to those who really do want to play.

1. Guest passes should be for those who truly want to play the game, for FREE, so why not introduce them to this fine gift giving site.
2. Since guest passes are free, 0 points will be required to enter them and 0 points will be awarded for the giveaway.
3. Giveaways should be indicated similar to Contributor's or Group's (e.g. Blue or Purple for guest passes, you get the idea)
4. Those who already own the game, of course seen in Sync, should not be able to enter these, that way people who want to win and try games can do so
5. Most guest passes can be given away by Steam Trading System or the Gifting system which is what people do now anyway, so therefore conforms to the rules of the site.
6. This is to bring back the days of giving, remember Steam Gift Invites? Those were free, this should be an invitation to free gaming and community building that we shouldn't take for granted.

I myself have guest passes I'd like to giveaway, but I'm positive there are more people deserving or more interested in playing them instead of trying to profit or gain something from them.

What do you guys think? Please no idiotic posts (e.g."thanks for skyrims, and cool story bro's"), lets discuss to make Guest Passes free or not free and get some dialogue in on your thoughts as a community.
