MMLP2 coming soon, first single is out. Your thoughts?

So Eminem announced that MMLP 2, his new album, will be out 5th of November.

Here's a teaser of the album and here's the first single.

I love it but, has an old school feel to it but I'm concerned about the name. People will expect something better than the first MM LP album and that is virtually impossible. Well, theoretically it is but MM LP is one of the best rap albums of all time, acclaimed by both fans and critis so I don't think he will top that.

What are your thoughts on this?

Hyped as FUCK. While I can't see it being better (or probably even equal) to MMLP, he's named it that for a reason.

There were much safer paths he could of taken, like calling it "Recovery 2", but no. MMLP is a damn perfect album and he knows it, so he definitely knows he hasn't recorded a bunch of shit.

Survival doesn't really fit the album, (or I can't imagine it would, anyway) so I hope that's a bonus track. Berzerk is good, but not as a one-off track. If the whole album is like that, it's going to be horrendous.

But yeah. "Hyped" cannot begin to describe how I feel right now. Bring on November 5th!

I think he named it like that because it's who he is now. MMLP was who he was back then but MMLP2 is who he is now. He evolved as both artist and as a person. It will be an interesting album for sure. I hope for more songs like Beautiful.

lmao, Beautiful was SO out of place on Relapse. I mean, great song, but it didn't fit in to the rest of the album about drug addiction and raping hoe's xD

Being angry is fine, (he was like that on MMLP) but screaming like he did on Recovery is what people dislike.
