Hey Fellow Steamgifters

I have the following PC that I built in 2010 with the help of a friend for about $500. Now this holiday season I have about $200 to upgrade my PC. I play all my games pretty much on this Desktop. I use 40" Samsung LCD and XBox 360 Controllers for windows. I have installed Windows Vista and run Steam, Origin (less often) and Desura (Least used) to play my games

Please suggest upgrades in the my price range that can make this configuration better for Game Playing.
Here is my current configuration (If needed please tell me what to look for and I'll give you the info about the computer:

EDIT As someone suggested to change to Win 7, I realized my mistake. I am actually running windows 7 and not Vista. Made a mistake while making the post

Upgrade your GPU, since HD 5550 is a little bit aged.
To a AMD R9-270X or something near that.
And maybe if you have any money over, buy a new 4-8 GB RAM Stick.

Buy the best graphics cards your budget will bear. Which right now is probably a Radeon 270x.

GPU needs a upgrade. If you have enough money, get 8 GB of ram as well.

PCPartPicker will help you stay within budget.

Edit: I would get This card.

definately agree with others, i also would recommend to update GPU, thats the only thing which needs really an upgrade to be ready for coming games.
also if you can I would recommend to update from Vista to Win7, though not very important for gaming I think.
