hey all

i want to enter a point to win the killing floor game!

now:
yesterday i have the killing floor on my libarary account for 10 hours!
and after the 10 hours the game is deleted from my libarary.

now i want to enter a point to the game to win it and in the site its say to me that the game "Exists in Your Account"
but i doesn't have the game at all!!

so what can i do?
i can't bet for that game.

pliz help me.
