It's always a shame to lose such a valuable member of the community. I've always tried to do what I can to help people out on the forums, but I just couldn't imagine being able to do it all day. I will always have the utmost respect for the mods here (and anyone else who takes the time to help people out), and it's a shame that there are so many people who seem to purposefully try to cause this site to deteriorate.

You will be missed by all of the members of the community, and those who don't miss you are the ones who are causing the problems in the first place.

Just... don't forget us. Be sure to come to the chat sometimes and say Hi. We'll miss you ;(

Ellendi sad to see you go, you were much better of a human being than any of us. I guess even the best of persons gets enough if people are this assholish like the most of us are (including me I guess).

I guess people don't know how to appreciate those people who out of their own time and will decide to volunteer to some position. I mean how can these people not understand that volunteer worker at least needs to get back extra respect as he isn't just a support worker. He is a support worker volunteer. Most people I guess don't get that a volunteer support person is not the same as a regular support person.

For whatever reason, this doesn't surprise me. As a moderator, I honestly don't think it's your responsibility to be dealing with everyone's issues unless it's site-related and there's something you can do about it. If people are trolling/insulting others/etc., I see no reason as to why that individual can't be banned or, at least, suspended. I think this stems from the fact that there's no real punishment being brought down from the top to make people think twice about acting in this manner. The reason some people act like this is because they can and they do so without receiving any repercussions.

Please note I am in no way saying that the entire community is bad or that the current mods aren't doing their jobs. They obviously have a lot to deal with but I just think it's time to crack down on all of this, whether it be by forcing people to adhere to a Code of Conduct or having warning messages posted throughout the website. It's sad that people actually have to leave a community that they actually helped build.

@Ellendi, I don't think we've actually interacted before but I do know that you've done a lot for this community and I appreciate it. =)
