Cannot open a group giveaway link

It says "Oops, this giveaway is only viewable to members of the GROUPNAME Steam group. If you're a member of this group and still receiving this message, please force your account to resync by clicking here."

So....

  • I've already in the group.

  • I tried to Resync my steam account.

  • I tried to re-change profile to public before sync.

  • use IE7

But it's not work, please help me

Go to your sync page and scroll down. At the bottom there should be a list of all your groups. Is it empty? Sometimes when SG syncs it removes all our groups. If this is the case, just keep syncing till your groups appear.

Have you tried logging out and back into steamgifts? I've had to do that cause every time I get a game and sync it, steamgifts says to make my profile public (which it has been since I joined here.) After that, it syncs it.

No sure if using another browser would help, but couldn't hurt to try - if you have them installed.

Using another browser will not help. Logging out and back in will not help. This is the fault of Steam's servers not sending SG what it wants, making it look like your profile is private or not in any groups. Resyncing is the only way to fix this.
