probably curator/dev/beta keys being dumped
that price basically doubles after fees, not interested enough in the game to finish checkout personally.
could buy one and email dev/publisher for what the actual source of the key was meant to be... because they clearly don't want it being sold that cheap.

So I'll assume that: Good game, relatively cheap base-price of 49.99€ (compared to modern 60-80€ price point of AA/AAA) and people want to share it because from what I hear its lot of peoples GOTY already.
