probably curator/dev/beta keys being dumped
that price basically doubles after fees, not interested enough in the game to finish checkout personally.
could buy one and email dev/publisher for what the actual source of the key was meant to be... because they clearly don't want it being sold that cheap.

The most recent giveaway it likely correct. Because of a recent Humble TOS change, keys are expiring and stuff so everyone is double checking all their old Humble keys and creating giveaways.

So I'll assume that: Good game, relatively cheap base-price of 49.99€ (compared to modern 60-80€ price point of AA/AAA) and people want to share it because from what I hear its lot of peoples GOTY already.
