It's a solid Game but has been in the meantime in a lot of bundles and on top of that it was Free through https://www.gamesessions.com/en/Game/SniperElite3 some time ago too.

Make sure to sub https://www.reddit.com/r/GameDeals/ and/or https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGamesOnSteam/ and afterwards at least visit them once a day. That should make sure you do not miss any of those free or cheap runs again.
