They're most likely from Alienware Arena, but those are time-limited keys that state, "The game will be removed from your Steam library on September 23, 2020", so giveaways here will end up being problematic once they're revoked.

Dang, wish I knew about this sooner. Seems like he sold out all of his copies. The coupon still works on any Blood purchase regardless of the seller, but with the prices other sellers listed it at it will amount to around 0.90€
