If you’re an existing Guild Wars 2 player, you’ll have the chance to invite three friends to experience the world of Tyria during our special Free Trial that begins at 9:00 AM Pacific (6:00 PM CET) on November 1

  1. Your guest will receive an invitation with a unique serial code that will allow them to play for free just in time for our epic Lost Shores world event. Supplies of trial keys are limited, so get your invites out early!

Inviting a friend is easy: just log in to your Guild Wars Account at https://account.guildwars2.com/. Click on the “Invite a Friend” button and follow the instructions. ~RB2"

How does this event work (As in what do you do one you received an invite), I played this during the Beta and really enjoyed it and interested in trying it again but I can't find any information about how this works (I don't have an invite for it, just curious)

You get the invite, I presume register your account with that email then you get the free trial.

(ANet could do much better just by providing an unlimited up-to-lv10 demo, even when the game would only come into perspective if you reached lv40+.)

Bleh, was going to give one to my gf but noticed there arent any more invites :| oh well, cheers for the info anyway
