Accel World is amazing! No Game No Life is another good one if you haven't already gotten into it. I know what you mean about the backlog, the list of anime I want to watch has grown to over 20 and there's just not enough time.

I have seen No Game No Life. I actually finally got around to watching the movie which was amazing. I'm super excited for season 2. @.@ I'm really enjoying Accel World so far. I'll take any and all recommendations you got. Haha. I'm in the same boat sadly. I still have a backlog from 2003... T.T Some of the anime I want to watch airred back then and already got a remake... It's definitely not for everyone. What kind of anime do you normally watch? My weekend was filled with hella high levels of humidity and lots of sleeping. How far did you make it through Accel World? You can always watch it again!

Ah damn. Same. I live in Florida and it's raining here a lot so the humidity is nuts when it stops. @.@ I feel your pain. I hope the humidity goes down. I've been sleeping through it as well. That's a good question. I recently finished the new season of Full Metal Panic. Watched the Ovas for Monster Musume. Wanting to catch up on Detective Conan since I am far behind. Watched Dragonball Kai since I was curious how much was cut from it. So I guess my genres are mostly romantic comedy, action, harem, and mystery. But I also enjoy slice of life anime like Lucky Star. So my genres are almost everywhere. True. Haha. I'm almost done with it. T.T I have 5 episodes left til it's over.

I really loved the environment, the exploration, and the combat. And the scavenging. And trying to find the highest spots to climb just to see what was up there. The missions were pretty fun too, especially some of the people you'd meet doing the side missions. oh and there's some cool Easter eggs. like the chicken on a stick one. Highly recommend that game if you think you'd like an open world zombie thing

I'm a fan of Jonathan Blow and was closely following the development of The Witness since half a year before its release. This means that besides reading through the development blog over and over I also had a lot of time to explore all of the game website's sub pages. In the "Team" tab I've found a link to a blog of the game's main artist: Luis Antonio. There I've found some nice posts about the art of The Witness, but also this post ;)
So now it's been probably almost 3 years since I've heard about the project for the first time and since then I'm eagerly waiting for each new small dev blog post (there was just a new one released 3 days ago after 6 months of waiting!). I would say that the development is EXTREMELY slow, but that's kind of understandable since most of the time there's only one person working on it... There's sadly still a lot left to do but I really hope that we will see the game among TOP 3 indie games of 2020 xD

Octopath Traveler for the Switch comes out on the 13th and I can't wait! Definitely counting down the days. I've played the demo and now I just have to find something to tide me over until it comes out.
