try contacting support. Do you not have the IP check activated? Does someone else use your pc or have you logged on your account from a foreign device?

normally, with IP check on, you'll get an email if your account gets logged somewhere where you haven't logged before, something like Steam Guard. So unless someone controlled your pc (with or without your knowledge) or you logged in on someone else's PC, I can't imagine how else other than that would be possible.

A couple of my bundle gifts were also stolen a few months ago. It took them 4, 5 days to get back to me but they were nice enough to provide new gift links. I'm never gonna turn off the IP check again :/

I dont have it off but also nothing came to my email that "somebody logged in from differend ip"!
