When someone offers you an item on the condition you perform certain tasks, if you don't perform the tasks but take the item anyway, you're stealing.

You do realize that pretty much everyone knows this is how Gleam works and uses it accordingly?
All Gleam is asking me to do is to open links. And since I'm not harming anything relevant nor this is illegal I don't really care .

Stealing is not the right word. Theft implies that a crime was committed, which is obviously not the case here. Ethically dubious perhaps, but when you consider whose is running the promotion, what a sham of a 'game' this is (along with all the other trash that they pump out with no end in sight for that matter), and their motivations and agenda, then it becomes kind of hard to care.

Also ask yourself what is the practical difference between legitimately completing said tasks and then having a desire to reverse or undo them afterwards, which as per the conditions and guidelines is perfectly kosher.

Stealing from criminals, cause that's just what these Digital Homicide guys are. Their games commit crimes against humanity.

You can remove the game from your library after the cards drop and than purge your profile with some decent games bought with the proceeds.
