That was a neat idea. I'm on the eligible list but I own the game so no need to invite me to the group (Friend list is still good if you wish). This is a very good game. The winner will enjoy it.
What.... Nearly 2 years since I played. I need to go back and play again sometime. 17 hours and I feel I have not done much of it. I do remember the start.....
2hrs till I was able to save.
lol. 2nd (or 3rd) I don't remember till I got far enough to save the game. I do remember the 2nd run of the start section was a lot easier since I knew what I was doing and I was not checking around and exploring every corner. :)

As far as I know, Forager hasn't been bundled. Isthereanydeal shows it in the Humble Monthly from December 2018, but there it was only a sneak peek.

ozo2003 is correct that this game has been bundled - was in HB Monthly - and they clearly stated they wanted unbundled games suggestions.
You are correct in saying that you'd still get full CV, but only because HB Monthlies don't usually suffer from the "bundled" discrimination that lesser priced bundles automatically get.

Yes, I was aware that it was in a HB Monthly, but I checked here if it was handled like a bundled game, and it wasn't. And ultimately it only counts what SG views the game as towards CV. But thanks for clarifying.
