As far as i know "Request received feedback" tickets can be handled by any support member. At least mine have been answered by TempeteJoachim :) The only ticket that i know that needs to be answered by cg is to manually delete winner from winners list (which really sucks, cause i have 2 tickets pending for over 2 months) :(

It's one where a winner needs to be changed to the one before a re-roll, support re-rolled mistakenly after the key had already been sent, and they're telling me only cg can change it back. So don't get your hopes up in having yours resolved anytime soon.
