Congrats to all the new Support staff and promotions of the older ones!
Community guidelines should be next on the agenda, specifically regards to hate speech/general discriminatory remarks which pile on waiting for a super-mod to be looked at, but should be included in the basic SOP for any Support member imo. Right now it's very vague as to what is not allowed and subject to the mod's judgement, even then I don't think they are allowed to delete posts/threads? Hopefully this can be clarified and updated as needed.

Thank you for all the hard work you and the other new team members are putting in. I created 12 Level 0 public GAs yesterday, half are finished and resulted in quite a few reroll tickets, and these were handled faster than ever.
These giveaways also netted 4 rule breakers who are now suspended. I hope you guys are ok with the extra work that this kind of GAs is bringing you :-)
