Complain like you want, but please get at least the facts right:
- $40 according to ITAD
- you neither have to be NASCAR fan nor even US American to enjoy a racing game!
- the game was only released in September and ofc it's a niche game
- SteamSpy stats, only NASCAR The Game: 2013 was bundled according to ITAD; players/owners could be higher, if the games wouldn't be superseded by the new one
Since it's a franchise with annual releases, I suppose the dev/publisher know if it's worth to have it P2P or F2P (I highly doubt that the NASCAR association sponsors the game, while other sports/racing game devs have to pay for licenses).
And no, I also don't need DLCs for P2P games without base game in bundles, if otherwise something else would be put into it. If the alternative was nothing, I gladly take it with me. Also the question remains, who's to blame: HB, Yogscast, dev/publisher.

I don't know if it's correct place to ask but anyone want to split the bundle. So far I only need the Blade and Soul code + Garry's mod . If you plan to buy bundle and don't need those we can work out something ( maybe a cheap steam game or steam card or something for those).

You can see if you can find someone willing to split the bundle via Group Buys - Bundle Splits. However, keep in mind that one of the group rules is to not split bundles until all the titles are revealed.
