Assassin's Creed IV - Black Flag Digital Standard Edition (ASIA) - Can be activated in any country?

I saw many vendors (with excellent reputations) selling Assassin's Creed IV - Black Flag Digital Standard Edition (ASIA) for 7 TF keys. They all say the same thing, that the Asia version is region free for everybody.

Is this true? Can anyone confirm? If I buy, I can play the full game?

I dont see the game with any mark of restriction on the Gifts of their inventorys, only de tag "Asia" on the game.
