Seems like a historic low. I don't know how much they have, but fallout 3 for 0,39 € last week lasted for 2 hours :D

i can confirm they are legit, at least, i bough 2 copies of fallout 3 for 40 cents and still no problems with that.

According to our ToS, only registered companies/key resellers can sell keys on www.gamivo.com
There is no option customer will be able to sell spare key uncertain origin.

This is a marketplace website, just like g2a/kinguin.
Keys are most likely purchased in bundles for resale, purchased en masse with fraudulent payment, or stolen from developers/publishers, just like g2a/kinguin.
