Amazon giftcard

Hi people :D

I recently received a $15 amazon.com giftcard from a friend of mine and already activated it on my newly created account, but the sad thing is, since I live in the Netherlands, I can practically not buy anything from that site because of region restrictions or shipping costs. I honestly have no idea what to do with it, so I wanted to know if there is a possibility to just give my amazon acount away on these forums or something as long as it doesn't give away all my personal information. If there are any other ways for me to give something from Amazon away to somebody please let me know :3

This is not yet the page where I'll hold the giveaway if it comes to that, but I just need some advice on how to be able to give it away, as I have no use for it at all :(

The US amazon sells some digital codes for PSN/Xbox and the like. Maybe you can buy one of those.

I'm not sure if you're talking about PSN/Xbox codes, but just FYI you're only allowed to giveaway Steam codes here, not PSN/Xbox

Can't you buy something that costs about $15 with shipping? Or buy something with free shipping? :P
But yeah.. Shipping In Europe is expensive :(

Or you can buy something digital, like a game or giftcard code, etc.

specially when it has to come from the US haha and the VAT is also 21% for me, so I can only buy something REALY small :P

You can shop in the German store. And by the way, there is an amazon.nl with a storage in the Netherlands…

yeah, I know I can shop in the german store, but the gift card balance doesn't transfer from the USA site to the german site

they have many companies for tax reasons :) but even giftcards does not transfer between any sites [like .fr and .de and so on]
you can use like one account for european amazons, than you need to have another for us and another for asia :)
to the OP:
just buy some steam game, sometime they have good deals

Why don't you change your address to any random one in US and buy digital steam codes? I have tried it and it worked!

already know what the problem is, since it's a new account, the first purchase will take longer the be verified (google helped me find the answer :3)

I just used the left over $4,5 to buy another steam key and it got delivered instantly

Did you activate the gift card on amazon.com or amazon.nl? If you activated it on the .com site, you can still add a US billing address and buy stuff

Probably answered before but: Change address to a US one (if it is US amazon) and buy something digital. You can use a store or hotel's address.
