Well, if it didn't activate on Desura, then it's not the right last character, so "A" can be ruled out as the missing character for the first code. Keep trying.

I honestly don't really get it, but the guy below here who grabbed Braid seems to get it, so it can't be impossible.

Alright, I sorta wish the people who took them would say something.
Or maybe since I waited so long to open them the keys aren't valid? I know for a fact that I never even clicked the thing to reveal the keys until tonight when I was making this thread.

They cannot be invalid because you didn't open them in a while. At least steam and desura keys are fine.
OnLive keys on the other hand, I believe those expire after 12 months but not entirely sure. I think I noticed something like that on some old humble bundle page of mine.
It's just that someone redeemed the Desura key and did not respond here.
