It still is. I've seen lots of threads like this through times, and most of them were closed by a mod that commented exactly what i quoted, even knowing it had hidden GA's or puzzles.

There's a big difference between a blacklist (something that you are free to use as you please) and a suspension (something that follows a strict set of rules).
I know that they can have bad days, but that wouldn't be a justification for applying an undeserved suspension.

I say that if an user gets suspended wrongfully because the mod didn't properly investigate the case before handling a punishment, they would be completely within their rights to complain. I wasn't saying that OP did nothing wrong, whether or not he should be suspended isn't relevant to this.

Mod don't even have to check anything, that's what im trying to explain, even if there is hidden GA's or a puzzle, it's still behavior that leads to 1 day suspensions, I think.
I'm not saying this without any proof. As I told you, I've seen some threads being closed by, as I remember bobofatt, and he claimed what i just said about joke begging and he knew about the puzzles and hidden GA's.
But, all the times I've seen bobofatt or any other mod closing threads for that reason, they claimed that , that time was a warning and not to do it again cuz it would lead to suspension.

Let's just say somenone gets suspended for posting a referral link, but it turns out the link they posted isn't a referral. Then it would be totally normal for them to complain about the suspension.
That was the point I was trying to make since perrolijo said : "Don't cry if a mod ban you because he/she didn't check if it is was joke or not". It doesn't really matter if joke begging for a puzzle is indeed punishable by a suspension or not, to me it's just wrong to say you shouldn't complain if you get suspended for something you shouldn't have been suspended for (again, I am not claiming that it is ok to joke beg for a puzzle)

I can enter it, this means it's a region free giveaway. I'll explain: it's not where the user come from that counts, it's the restriction in the gift. Tipically, games bought from EU, USA or AUS stores have no restrictions, they're region free or RoW (Rest of the World) and they can be redeemed in any country. Games from RU, CIS etc stores have regional restrictions, and they can be redeemed only in a limited number of countries.
