actually only ones that don't go against the TOS of the site. like you still are not allowed to give single keys from Humble Bundle since it is against that sites TOS but i belive Groupees and Gala are good to giveaway. but if all you give is bundle games they are still a $0 contribution point for you. if you give 1 non bundle game and 5 bundle games, the points you get equal 20% of your non bundle giveaways.

Except that two of the games from IG7 haven't been added yet, so you could give those keys and receive full contribution.

Which is funny since IG7 itself has been added, but oh well.

As long as it isn't against ToS of the bundle. As far as I know Indie Royale and HIB forbids sharing keys, only gift url is acceptable. I'm not sure about Indie gala.

Their ToS say:
"The Service is only for sales of products or product rights (collectively, "Products") to end user customers for their personal, non-commercial use."
I think giving the key to a third person cannnot be considered "personal use" (whether commercial or not).

And the The Court of Justice of the European Union says:
"Therefore, even if the licence agreement prohibits a further transfer, the rightholder can no longer oppose the resale of that copy."
So even this ToS is invalid as Italy is a part of EU

Not exactly. If a person gives away an individual Steam key and not the full bundle key, they still have access to a DRM-free download, thus why it's against the TOS to do so and the transfer wouldn't be protected under the EU's recent ruling.

only if you share the same drm copy with many people. but if someone has 2 copies drm free one and steam one... -those are 2 different copies and the right to have one of them doesnt go with the right to have the other. the same goes with not being able to get a steam copy of a game if you have a box version of it. Those are 2 products but you can get them both at the same time.

Not true at all. You are paying for ONE copy, they are simply providing you two means to obtain it. You are not allowed to keep one for yourself and give away the other. They're not going to come after you, but don't think you're doing nothing wrong.

Of course (unless we're talking about those bundles where the buyer also receives a DRM-free or Desura version, in which case it is much more serious). But it still means that the bundle-key-gifters are basically saying "screw you and your wishes" to the Indie Gala organizers and the developers they represent in this. The fact that one is doing only what the law allows them to do doesn't prevent them from being a douchebag, and that is why cg said that bundle keys are allowed here as long as the respective bundle terms allow it.

And ofc there is no difference between giving away the key through SG site, forum, chat or whatever, really

just to add about Indiegala, or bundles from Broupees like BeMineBundle and such, I asked support in both if I can give individual keys from gift bundles to friends, family and such, like one for my girl and one for friend and so on... and break the gift bundle in parts. They replied both the same thing, that I paid for it, its mine and I can do what I want with the keys, they are your property. So I think giving away games from bundles to one person and not getting any money for it is ok. and yes, HIB and Indie Royale don't permit breaking bundles in pieces.

Hahaha! You have to choose between animals or humans. You can increase score, but you can not add value in yourself.

Yes they are allowed. Why? Because that rule was stupid.

You don't get points for it on your contributor value. You get the first game from bundled games and everything after that is 20% of your total contribution outside of bundle games. Meaning if you contribute 100% bundled games, your value is effectively $0. If you submit a game for say... $10, outside of bundles, all your bundle contributions are now valued at $2 and such.

So you're still screwed only contributing out of bundles.

This is just my short understanding of it, I didn't exactly read up, just what I understood when I asked about the new stars next to the game names, and the new rule sticky before.
