I found some games as not are avable on my region is it possible to bought them on the other region if we say I travel to Japan and visit the count for a month can I bought the anime game than in Japan on Steam?

I think vpn not will work for I must a payment method from the country I think.

Problem is that, from what I understand, your Steam doesn't just change country when you go somewhere so I think you have to change your Steam country when you are there and then change it back when you are home, no clue how to do that and if it has a cooldown or not, but changing your country is possible.

Iirc you can only change your region once every 3 months.
