I would just have a 1-10 stars next to it too, it may be confusing once you build up a large enough list and look at a bunch next to one another. or even a number scale 1-10 works too, something i could look at and without referencing the tiers list and just know right away whats good/bad.

All that people need to know is simply: the higher the rank, the more we like the game. We aren't going to use a point system for the reasons I described below:

It's not really a 1-10 scale, because take for instance a game we rate Silver, but we mark it as "recommended" because it shows a lot of promise. If you're going off a 1 out of 10 scale, that's a 3/10. If a person were to see "3/10" they would just think "okay this game is bad, this is a fail". That's why we aren't mapping a point system to the ranks.
